Is www.gadgetsguru.in Safe?

I placed two orders with this firm and neither was shipped to me as the items were always "coming in stock soon". After over 5 attempts to get a refund involving emails and telephone calls they still would not refund my money. In the end I had to seek redresses via the credit card company. Further to that I use a unique hard to guess email address for each company I interact with and I soon found myself receiving large amounts of often adult spam to the address I used with this firm, which is in breach of their privacy statement on their website.
