Is www.gameservers.com Safe?

Having used them as a server host for around a year now, they have been quite reliable on the whole though there have been a few minor issues that have occurred, particularly downtime (reportedly to do with their upstream provider, not them specifically). Support staff are helpful, though can take a while to reply.

I've had problems with their servers from day one till present (I've been with them for around 7 months) the only thing that kept me from moving was the IP change of my server but now i've had enough, the server is not playable it lags like a piece of shit, it makes me not want to play on my own server...I've opened a support ticket over 1 month and a half ago telling them about my problem and insisting A LOT to get it fixed, lag is still present, my friends have also had bad experiences with this noobs, i recommend you go with another host, i would not recommend gameservers.com under any circumstance.
