If you place an urgent order and paid extra for a Saturday delivery. You cannot get in touch other than by email or comment section on the website. The numbers only seem to get you through the recorded messages. I tried cancelling the order as the order would arrive after I travel, but despite giving plenty of time, they have dispatched 3 days late anyway and are requesting I go through a returns process for something I cannot receive or send back within their 30 days policy. They are impossible to deal with and have terrible customer service if you actually need to contact them. Very disappointing as I had been a customer for some time. The one time I needed a product urgently I used them, they failed to delivered and have refused to give me money back. Very bad customer experience.

I'm NOT happy that I cannot remove myself from their email list. I have repeatedly requested removal (via the unsubscribe link) but they appear to ignore my request.
My Advice - Use at your own risk!
My first experience of this company was an excellent one. The item was ordered at lunchtime one day and arrived in the post the following morning. No hassle. I shall definitely use them again.
