Habe da einmal was bestellt - nie wieder. Habe 3 Wochen auf die Ware gewartet, die kam dann kaputt an. Geld zurück? Pustekuchen! Also ich kann echt nur sagen: Finger weg, es gibt zahllose bessere Händler, hier werdet ihr nur Euer Geld los für null Leistung und unfreundlichen Service

Chaos im Kundenservice. - Nach Kundenanruf erfolgt keine Dokumentation. Eine Rechnung war um über 200 Euro überhöht. - Kunde hat immer Schuld. Telefonisch wurde ich schon mehrmals heruntergeputzt. - Beschwerden erreichnen niemals den Chef. Finger weg von solchen Firmen.
