My wife just rated this site which is strange in and of itself but proves a very good point....WE love this store and their site. I have never had a bad experience. I have shopped with them internationally and first went to this store with my grandfather when I was a little kid. He loved Sears and I love Sears. I hope you love it too!
They have an ugly policy of sending "gifts" along with promotional (and often useless) items. You don't' have to pay for those items, unless you keep them (safely return within several weeks).
The trick is however, they would send you a bill shortly after receiving the items, stating you owe a couple of hundreds. If you try to ignore that bill (let's say you decided to send back those promotional items), they will try to accumulate interest on the sum you 'owe'.
They will respond to your complaint through customer support, but that could cost you weeks of frustration and endless hours spent trying to reach CS.
