They have been sending me e-mail spam, with attached pdf files. that I do not download. Service was fine until US Mail and UPS no longer would deliver tobacco products. They finally got a carrier that could deliver to all 50 states. The company is honest: it's just that the delivery time with the carrier is now very slow. And the company will tell you that. My last order took 6 weeks to deliver, so I just plan and order accordingly. Have done business with the company for a decade and never had any issues.

Horrible costumer experience!waited a month to receive an order after a guarantee of a delivery 2 days ago.Still have not received my order.This is all after the order was screwed up the 1st time.Still waiting........Shop elsewhere.Dont get aggravated or robbed! It is now 1 week later.I will be filing a *****
