SCAM at least for Brasil Book 3 properties and no response from host , Vrbo manage to getme in touch with the host on a call the day for the check-in and host told me they do not work for Vrbo and do not want antything to do with them. I manage to get my money back but will not book with them ever again they do have great customer service

The booking process was not as smooth as expected, and I faced issues with the property not matching the description. Customer service was slow to resolve my concerns. While there are some great listings, I think the platform needs improvement in quality control.

Uses immoral and draconian "pre-booking" algorithm to keep a database of and flag individual stayers. Use AirBNB instead.

Expensive, the price are extremely above the average I have got two bookings in one year. With Airbnb, I would get ten times more. There are issues with calendar sync to Airbnb, There was a canceled reservation on VRBO and it still shows it as booked on Airbnb. I have contacted customer service, the first chat is closed by the operator without any reason. I open a new chat, in the second chat the operator didn´t even manage to identify me asking me after ten minutes of chat, anfter I have provided all the info, and after that I contacted him from my account where I was logged in. I will close VRBO and keep AIRBNB.

Vacation rentals by owner is a great website to use to rent homes for your next vacation. We have used this site several times and have gotten quality places to stay at reasonable prices.

Very helpful site--really made our vacation a great experience. Only a little difficult to get ahold of renters sometimes because each has his or her own schedule, but there are so many great and unique places to stay offered by this site.

This is a great site. I am more than pleased with my listing there. The very first day I put this site online I had my condo rented for 2 months and within 3 weeks had over 4 months of rentals booked. THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!!
