May be a scam? The actual ICUD conference (the 14th in a triennial series) is being held in Prague in September 2017 http://www.icud2017.org/. The WASET site lists several ICUD conferences listing identical themes to the real ICUD.

WASET creates scientific conferences with the same name than well-known scientific conferences, either to trick people into submitting there and paying additional fees, or so that researcher can fake actual publication on their vitae.
