App requered passport identification and was freezed. Passport identification not working. Two factor authorization not worked because app is freezing. I cant login on website. I cant to make identification. I can to call to support. I cant to return my money. It is look like a fraud. Приложение заморожено. Требует идентификацию по паспорту. ОТправил сканы. Приложение все еще требует идентификацию. Деньги заморожены. На сайте не могу авторизоваться, потому что двухфакторная авторизация работает через приложение, а в нем блокирован весь функционал. Написать никуда не могу, позвонить никуда не могу. Как это называется?

Tardan mucho para responder, la claves hay que ponerlas varias veces porque a veces no funciona, sistema muy basico, inseguro y poco confiable. Piden mas seguridad de la que dan. No solucionan nada.

Me registre en este sitio y debo decir que el soporte es muy lento mas de 2 semanaspara obtener respuesta a mi solicitudes. La verficiacion de mis datos fue un proceso extremadamente lento pasaron mas de 30 dias para poder usar este servicio. Por lo tanto recomiendo precausión.

This site requires a confirmed mobile number to transfer funds out of the site. Usually this is acceptable. However, the site NEVER discloses this information at signup, while also allowing you to DEPOSIT funds without a mobile number. I have also tried to contact their support 2 times with no response. DO NOT USE XAPO

After write correct pincode although at the time of login the Xapo site says it as "An unknown error occured". If email them to solve the problem they does not give any reply to reduce the such type annoying ! It is the character of bankruptcy & scampish. It is high risk to keep your money in their wallet !!
