They keep on sending annoying emails over and over again, the "stop emails" request routine is not working. Maybe some people enjoy their services, but from what I've seen, I think theres a lot 2B desired

I have the same exact issue with them as Surrealtraversity has. Once you contact them and give them contact information they don't let up and to make it clear they won't buy your book, they'll sell you printing services and maybe publicity help, but it's expensive if you want it to be appealing.

I made the mistake of requesting information from Xlibris ONCE, and I have been bombarded with phone calls ever since. I have requested for them to stop calling me when they did call, I have sent e-mails, and nothing has worked. It's horribly annoying. Be warned: don't give them your information unless you are ready to work with them NOW, or they will never leave you alone.

Site hosts people books however spammers can manipulate the system. The site itself is safe but with anything online, buyer beware. As simple as that.
