Is xtralights.com Safe?

I ordered tail lights for my truck back in March 1st. According to the E-mail I received "item will ship within 8 - 16 Business Hours." I should have known from that point I was going to have some issues with this company. Of course two weeks into the waiting period I check the shipping progress and nothing happens. It still shows "item in progress." I contact the company through the Chat Online. I got one twit head who had me wait for 15mins to the point where I got disconnected. So I gave her 2stars and restarted the Chat. I wrote a paragraph explaining what happened and wanting to know. According to this person there was some sort of "strike" to where the lights are back ordered and gave me free priority shipping. So here I am on April 1st feeling like a fool (pun-intended) with the shipping still pending and of course customer service is closed. I e-mailed the company explaining all of this. SO the Suspicious activity besides the MIA of the tail lights is that 9 days later my Paypal has "suspicious activity" and now I can't order anything for my truck since now I'm stuck showing proof that I am the owner of the account. Go figure I order from a site I never ordered from and have issues. IF you are looking for headlights / tail lights stick with Real Truck. I got my headlights from them and of course when it was backordered they e-mailed and called to make sure I knew about it and even offered another set in its place in case I needed it asap. Versus this company that leaves you in the dark. Oh My Gosh the SPAM! I keep getting there damn sales e-mail every other day. I don't care about the sales I care about the order I placed with you!
