Is yodeldirect.co.uk Safe?

I have been sorely disappointed by this courier company's incompetence. I ordered an item from the online computer and electronics company EBUYER - a company I have used for several years - they usually use delivery companies, Royal Mail and UPS. HOWEVER for some inexplicable reason - they decided to use YodelDirect. I ordered this item last Wednesday evening, ***** EBUYER are good at delivering orders, regardless of choice of delivery tariff, getting the goods to you within 36 hours. But by using this company who allegedly deliver to homes up until 9pm in the evening - so far nothing! They left a card on Thursday last week - I wasn't home - phoned for re-delivery next day Friday ***** - nothing again - not even a card - so arranged for re-delivery for last Saturday ***** - this I am in bed recovering from a major bowel operation since mid February - this time THEY JUST LEFT A BLANK CARD! When I tracked it on their site - it said that the courier had arrived at 5:10pm approximately - but I was lying in my bed then! I didn't hear the door bell or knocker - but their site said they 'attempted to deliver' - THEY ARE LYING!! DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE!! I have spoken to EBUYER - they said to wait until this evening, Monday ***** - if nothing has turned up - they will resend the item with their usual couriers, Royal Mail or UPS - I'll let you know the outcome.......
