Is yourwebhosting.com Safe?

This site is the "front" for EasyCGI, a horrid web hosting company. Even after canceling my account with them, I continued to receive spam. They tried to charge my credit card after I canceled my account, and I was lucky that they had info for an expired card. I would not recommend this host to my enemies. Their "customer service" employees were rude and unhelpful (several either hung up on me or kept me on hold for over an hour), and they poorly handled the transition from Webstrike Solutions, my previous web company whom they bought out. Due to their handling of that transition, I lost at least $1000 in work time and lost customers. I had web clients who will no longer be renewing contracts with me as a direct result of significant (week long +) service outages during the transition period.
