Do NOT give them your billing information. They will continue to bill you, even after canceling your account. There are pages of posts in their own forums from people with the same experience.

i've used this site many times, and it's a great service.

They advertise that you can send for free with them but in order to do so you must provide a credit card number and if you do not cancel they will start automatically charging your card every month.

Bon site, efficace et sûr. Bon, c'est vrai qu'ils envoient des relances par mail assez souvent pour upgrader (en payant bien sûr) notre compte... une fois par mois environ. C'est pas bien méchant !

Signed up for a you send it lite account. Rarely used but noticed regular large payments leaving my credit card. Contacted you send it to have the account cancelled. They confirmed it had. Two weeks later another £44 disappears out of my account. Contacted by email and no responce. Left several messgaes on you send it answer phones (no body picks up calls)and still no responce. I'm now assuming that the claims are fraudulent so my credit card is chasing payments. Sign up at your peril!!

When signing up the confirmation link in your the email does funny stuff with your browsers like opening two of them. One had a bad URL. The other was the program page .
