Poor customer service. If you return an item, be sure that it will be lost. They are requesting a return via Collect+, who are losing the item in their hub. Finally you have neither the item not your refund. More that loss the amount Collect is charging for delivery: £3.49 I will not again from this retailer.

Habe bis jetzt alle 10 Artikel (T-Shirts und Pullover) innerhalb von 2 Wochen erhalten. Wenn Ware doch nicht auf Lager, wird das Geld garnicht erst per Paypal abgezogen, von daher also keine Probleme. Bei Pullis und T-Shirts immer eine Nummer größer bestellen, die laufen alle ein, sind aber sonst echt super von aussehen und vom Stoff - vergleichbares zu dem Preis bekommt man nicht in Deutschland.
