I hope there is some way to speed the process of making this a 'green' site. The information here is invaluable to American beekeepers. (In short, in addition to ccd (colony collapse disorder) and the threat posed by 'Africanized' bees to American beekeepers, there is now this (fairly new, or maybe just recognized) threat. A very small fly deposits its eggs into a living bee. The eggs hatch, the 'maggots' eat the bees from the inside out, of course causing death to the bee. These things can all spell the end of this industry. If we can't find scientists willing to contribute time and effort into overcoming these threats, within the next 10 years or so there could be no honey at all on grocery shelves. (Since honey is basically an 'indestructible' food, many people might begin hoarding it, making even less available for the rest of you!)
