Le site allegro.pl est-il sûr ?

Allegro is one of the biggest online platforms in Poland, which is great, but I've noticed that customer service can take a while to respond. If they could speed things up a bit and resolve issues faster, it would definitely make the whole experience better. Overall, not bad, but there’s room for improvement!

Allegro is awesome for shopping… I've found some great deals, but I gotta say, the delivery fees can really add up, especially for smaller items. If they could offer better shipping deals, I think even more people would jump on board. Still, I love using it

Allegro is one of Poland's largest online marketplaces and one of the best in my opinion. I like that there is such a variety of products from electronics to fashion. While the platform is easy to use, there can be issues with sellers not fulfilling orders or delays in delivery. A more reliable delivery service would improve the overall experience… They need to come up with a solution to push their sellers a little more to fulfil the orders on time, otherwise, everything is fine.

Probably because they were one of the pioneers in this field… the range of products they offer is satisfactory. While the platform is convenient, delivery times can occasionally be longer than expected, and disputes with sellers can take time to resolve. You feel like you are left on your own when you need to deal with some sellers and they don’t seem to care to respond quickly or positively to your complaint. Enhancing buyer protection would make it even better.

Luźne podejście do bezpieczeństwa - brak two-factor authentication. Dużo mniej poważne strony tego używają (Blizzard, Steam, Facebook, GitHub...), a przecież tu chodzi o prawdziwe zakupy i prawdziwe pieniądze. Ponadto, aukcje często dotyczą przedmiotów, obrót którymi jest nielegalny (chociażby niemal cały dział "Gry MMO"). Administracja nic z tym nie robi.

ZA: - Strona sama w sobie OK, w zasadzie znajdziemy tam niemalże "wszystko od wszystkich". - Interfejs nie tak przejrzysty jak kiedyś, ale wciąż jest poprawny. PRZECIW: - Niski poziom edukowania użytkowników poprzez mało promowane poradniki kupującego nie zawsze uczące jak uniknąć oszustw poprzez uświadamianie kupujących. - Nie da się w 100% oddzielić ziarno od plew ale trzeba choć próbować tępić sprzedaż śmieci, podróbek i inne oszustwa. Przykład? Ile lat trwało zanim wzięto się za sprzedawców "nie sprawdzanych" podrobionych pamięci flash formatowanych do wielokrotnie większej pojemności? - Program ochrony kupujących. Zarówno ja, jak i wszyscy moi znajomi korzystający z tego portalu zostali kiedyś oszukani ale żadnemu z nas nie dało się odzyskać pieniędzy. Dopiero po czasie człowiek dowiadywał się że to "jego wina" bo mógł przecież wystąpić z prośbą o wydłużenie czasu danej procedury itp. Możliwe że się to poprawiło, ale złe doświadczenia pozostały.
