Le site amazon.com est-il sûr ?

Both my family, and even a couple of times, I have ordered from amazon. We've been doing it for years. Never had many problems with products arriving late or not at all (with the exception of an import CD from Korea), and Customer Service is generally very helpful. Amazing site.

I certainly appreciate Amazon. I have physical challenges that make it extremely difficult to actually go to stores and have no family or friends here to help . I do have a home health aide at times that can go get some things for me on occasion. However, this is a very small town and a lot of the things I use cannot be purchased here. I am grateful that I can purchase such a variety from one place with one order; incredibly convenient for me. So far, all of my experiences have been excellent and I am most pleased with the quality, variety, pricing, and shipping time Ooh, and my purr~babies like getting their favorite foods delivered to their door :)

Without a doubt the single best retail site in terms of selection,price,and most importantly....customer service. In one instance, I had to return 4 mp3 players until I recieved one that worked. They paid to return and ship a new one each time. On another occasion I had a problem with one of Amazons partners. I recieved an immediate refund from Amazon.
