Pretty good customer service, will respond in a timely manner. Since this site offer value for money products it does comes with a price. It will require ample patience for your order to be delivered to your doorstep. Took me nearly a month plus for it to get processed, ordered and delivered due to stock in-availability. Perhaps they should consider DX.com's delivery service, to deliver the items in hand and later for out of stock.

BangGood is the first, and only site I have ever given a high rating on all levels. I order and receive goods from China on a daily base. I must say that BangGood is one of the most refreshing experiences when it comes to ordering in China. While other Chinese stores take 4 to 8 weeks (OR LONGER) to get a package delivered, Banggood somehow manages to get their goods to my frontdoor in an average of 12.3 days!
