This site is amazing! The deals are great, and the support agents are very helpful! The only time I've had a problem was when one item I ordered was out of stock. But I was contacted immediately via e-mail, and they split my order so the items that were in could be shipped! The item that was out, was transferred from another warehouse and shipped a few days later! I know that sometimes it's hard to know what sites are trustworthy, when ordering from out of the country. But Banggood.com has always been excellent, in the years that I've been ordering from them!

For the free shipping, it takes between 8-25 days to arrive at my address in Thailand. For orders >= $25, I would also get a tracking number and I can track it from web site http://www.17track.net. Depends on the shipping agent/route they choose for my order, it could takes 4-14 days before the tracking number can be tracked from above site. Don't be surprised if you found out that your shipment was route via Germany (and yes I'm in Thailand), it seems like all orders with LiPo battery have to go to that route. After the package arrived Thailand, it usually takes about 3 days to arrive at my address. For their customer support, their staffs usually respond to all my emails within 24 hours. I always email them if my order is not shipped within 3 days after payment, most of the time it was because some items in my order was out of stock. Out of about 10 orders, 3 of my orders have to be splitted because some items in the order are out of stock, and of course, both of the splitted shipment are still free. I once have received a faulty camera on my Hubsan H107C RC quad copter, they asked me to send video of proof that it really is not working and after that, they just ship me a new replacement camera module.
