They harass people over tv licenses regardless of whether they own a tv, and if you write a complaint about an article, with clear builit pointed reasons and sources as to why each fact is wrong, they give a reply to the effect :we reviewed it and your wrong, we are right, end of. Equally a professor (jon robertson, look it up if you dont believe me) did an analysis of all major news sites cover of the scottish independence referendum, and informed the companys in case they wished to address the points made.
