Deceptive billing and renewal practices. I was renewed and rebilled against my specific instructions and I'm finding it difficult to reverse the changes. I recommend doing a search on this company (as well as some of it's competitors) on the Better Business Bureau site before spending money on Bitdefender. I wish I had done this.
