The bad: 1. You have to sign up for their $9.99/month payments to get the discount 2. They make you pay the full price, then refund you the "discount" the day the order is delivered. 3. THEY NEVER SENT MY FLOWERS FOR VALENTINES DAY LAST YEAR! They even failed the next two days, as if that would make up for anything, any way. 4. They are CLOSED on Valentine's Day. Yeah, you read that right... The busiest day of the year, they aren't at the phones.

Terribly misleading. They don't tell you the details of why you're getting 50% off until you've nearly completed your order. If you don't agree to an ongoing charge every month to be a "member" of their club, they charge you the full original price. No 50% off. Deliberate deception.

Their website is very deceiving. I signed up for a 14-day free trial but was charged for a monthly membership fee right away. When I called in to cancel the membership, this obnoxious woman told me that I was not allow to cancel the membership until July 7, 2010, until after the 14th day. She would accept my request and told me to call back on the 7th to cancel. It is unbelievable. Very careful with Bloomstoday! I will not recommend to anyone and I certainly would never do business wit them.

By the time they are done with all their games & fees the flowers cost more than ordering directly from a florist. Also they refused to tell me the full cost until they had my credit card number and secret code. Takes a really long time to get through to them - over 12 minutes I believe. My regular florist took my order in 4 minutes. They also required my email address and other reviewers have reported spam & phishing from them.
