Le site burst.net est-il sûr ?

I have been with BurstNET for about two and a half years, and up until recently was quite satisfied with the service. However, after the recent datacenter move, things have taken a turn for the worse. The reliability of my service has gone downhill and technical support has become non-existent. Because they were too slow to fix their problems, I have changed to a different hosting provider. Now, they have gone out of business, and the domain hotlinks to hostwinds.com, which is rated yellow on WOT for being spam friendly.

Paid for a VPS server in Dallas, TX. Received a server in Scranton, PA. Needless to say, my clients were not pleased. I attempted to contact them to resolve the issue, and they denied that the server was in the wrong location. They they pasted a falsified traceroute to try and confuse the paypal staff when I attempted to reclaim the funds that were defrauded from me. They then disabled the server unless I was willing to pay them an extra $50 to reactivate it due to their "paypal claim" policy. Worst of all, even in the 3 days that the server was operational, the upload/download speed was absolutely pitiful, at 500 kbps. If you're thinking about renting a server from them, turn away immediately. Best case senario is they take your money and provide you with a non-functioning server.

I had a problem with their service, actually i paid using one of my cards in the website, as paypal was not working, then amount got deducted from my account multiple times and still the invoice was marked unpaid. I notified this issue, but nobody listened to it, never cared to give back my money, not even marked my invoice as paid and suspended my account. I tried contacting as a new customer and then I got reply, but when I asked about this issue they tried to give me lazy answers and kept mum.
