Keeping your customers happy has two major benefits:
1. Word of mouth (or hand) advertising, such as this comment.

Its Easy of access, never get spam so maybe you people are clicking on the wrong things, it is entertaining, dont find it to be racist considering you can create your own clothing on here, and some of it was what people made and found funny so thats not cafe press's fault, my privacy is well protected, very useful, and overall is a great site
