Le site carfax.com est-il sûr ?

Just got off the phone with a Carfax Agent and I am highly disappointed in the customer service this agent provided. He not only told me that I would have to throw down a huge down payment over 10,000 for the car I was interested in but he did not even give me a chance to negotiate a down payment option. He bluntly assumed I knew nothing about car buying since I am a first-time car buyer and was rude throughout the entire conversation in his tone. At first, I thought ***** was a great place but If I was all of you I would take your car purchases elsewhere. Bad site and bad customer service. You are a very lucky dear agent that I did not recall your name otherwise I would let people know NOT to talk to you.

The Good ------------------ Good reports if your buying a used vehicle to see if its had any accidents that the seller isnt telling you about and what kind of service records it has from taking it to a dealer for service. The Bad ------------------- Its far too expensive, I would recommend using ***** instead which has cheaper unlimited reports and both companies get their information from the same sources.
