I asked for one car report for the $1 offer, and they charged my credit card for a $14.95/month volume plan. To their credit they provided a basic report which was sufficient for the $1 I thought I was paying. They repeatedly mention their chat service so I chatted to ask some questions about the car value information provided in the report, but they were unable to answer anything. The chat people were, however, able to refund the $14.95 charge. Bottom line here, be aware of a 'bait and switch' to get you to sign up for the volume plan. My poor rating is due to the misleading use of my credit card and the inability of their chat team to answer questions. Note, I did the chat connection a second time in case the first person was a new employee, but found the same problem with the second person. Don't be fooled.
