Mixed feelings. They give ratings based on certain criteria. But that's a mixed bag. Goodwill gets an A rating. I'm sure they help people and perhaps, overall, it's a good organization but, many of their higher ups collect very large salaries. It blows my mind that ANY "charities" have people in offices living THAT well.
According to charitywatch, goodwill's CEO was compensated over $700k last year. That's something to consider.
People give this company free products to sell. It creates jobs but, donors are providing free products so the higher ups can make more money.
It all depends on how you look at it I suppose but it's not so cut and dry.
