Le site copsplus.com est-il sûr ?

Have been using this company for about 10 years now. The site is organized and easy to navigate, facilitating an enjoyable purchasing experience. Customer service is great as well. I ordered the wrong size product once. Customer service allowed me to return it and replaced it effortlessly with the correct size. Service is efficient as well. My most recent purchase was shipped the same day I placed it and arrived in 3 business days at no additional cost. This company also carries all of the top, and many or my personal favorite, brands.

This was my second time ordering from this site in the past year. Finding the part I needed was easy, and I received it much faster than I thought I would given the shipping delays I've seen as of late. The price was actually better than on Amazon, and I knew I was getting a genuine part by ordering from Copsplus. I had no issues with checkout, which I felt was secure. The only LEO supply stores in my area are a good drive with too much traffic, so I will definitely be back.

CopsPlus not only sold me a product that was mislabled, but implied it was my fault I misjudged. I have a 32 to 34 inch waste, the tag says this yet the product does not fit. Now they're still making money off of me because of the "reshelfing fee" and making me pay for shipping. I decided to go with amazon instead. I should have known to mistrust a site that does not offer a PayPal option, because PayPal would have gotten my money back.

My experience with copsplus.com was excellent. Very easy to use website, able to find what you're looking for with no problems. Or you could just generally browse the different categories. Prices are reasonable and shipment was extremely prompt. I was updated all throughout my shipment and even received my package a day earlier than expected. I'll definitely buy from this website again!!!!

I have tried several sites in the past and copsplus.com is by far my favorite. My first order I needed FAST because another site I ordered from messed it up and didn't fix it when it was their error. I talked to copsplus and they were able to get that item I needed out to me quicker than the other place was to fix it!!! I ordered again with copsplus and my item was on backorder. Simple. I called and asked, they found out from the MFG when it could be expected. Done. I didn't get any run around. My co workers have also used them and have no complaints.
