Le site cosplayfu.com est-il sûr ?

It seems some people may have bad experiences, I think that's the case in any online store. There will always be that unfortunate customer or that unlucky shopper. I myself ordered 2 full cosplays from this site and both arrived on time and in perfect condition and I adored the quality. Will buy from them again, and pray that I continue to have good luck. Always be careful when shopping online.

I will never deal with these thieves again. I ordered boots from them, end of June, for a friend. They claimed to ship a week later. A month after, still no delivery. I contacted them. They told me to talk to Hong Kong Post. Hong Kong Post says they won't disclose to the recipient, only the shipper. I asked CosplayFU to please make the inquiry and let me know what they found. Here's what I got in response: "according to our provisions, we will send you a new one in your order if you still can't receive it 2 months later after it is shipped. As for the refund, I am afraid we can't refund you until we got back the shoes in your order." CosplayFU is really Cosplay Fuck You. They don't care about customer service. They don't care about whether you get your materials in time. They are totally non-responsive and don't give a damn about their customers. I could not be any more disappointed with a company or their services. Their prices are great until you realize you're not going to actually get your order.
