Le site dealextreme.com est-il sûr ?

I have had overwhelmingly good experiences with this site, but I have also had a handful of really bad shipping experiences. But, since the shipping option was free, I don't consider this a complete downside. Paying with PayPal. I feel quite safe paying.

This site was once a place where you could shop. The item quality however was mediocre at best (worst of many examples: 50% of a batch of USB chargers I ordered there exploded(!!) on 1st use!). Accordingly the RMA process was as painful as possible (a PITA) to have the customer cut his/her losses. This painful "RMA process" has lately been replaced by a "taking the mickey" process where you get a reply once a week (or month) ignoring whatever you wrote/requested - regardless how concise or clear your statement was. Bottom line: The chance to get items that are broken/dangerous is at least ***** Refund for DOA items does not exist. Don't buy there! If you bought there and face the inevitable problems don't hesitate to open a ticket with paypal (or your credit card company) - make sure you don't miss the 45 day threshold (paypal)!

Do not trust eulogies here! I ordered different items for the total sum of more than USD200 and for urgent delivery paid extra USD35 for EMS urgent shipping. This order was splitted in 3 lots and it took more than 3 months to receive the items I needed urgently and ordered for forthcoming trip. After my return I wasted half a day to receive a parsel in EMS office in the back of beyond and two more times visited post office to receive other parcels. By that time I didn't need all these goods! My numerous messages to dealextreme.com remained unanswered. The quality of most items is either very low or items cost higher than I found them later here in Russia. Buy from dealextreme.com only if there is no other choice! I tried to contact them via live chat. But each time I start the chat I receive information that LIVE HELP is offline although it was online right before the chat. Since then they send me their SPAM and I even cannot unsubscribe. Did anybody try to unsubscribe or to contact them to do this?

They try to sell stock they do not have, by saying the numbers on the website are "for reference only". After contacting support they tell you they do not have it while it is still available "in stock" on their webpage. Very misleading and inconvenient.

They will use any excuse to get out of replacing defective products. Slow dispatch, I have been waiting two months for them ship an item the site says is in stock. Have had a whole order disappear (card charged, but order didn't appear in account), and customer service were no help. Not going back...

DealExtreme совсем испортился.. если раньше посылки отправляли на 1-2 неделе... то сейчас до отправки проходит 30-40 дней... Теперь буду думать, прежде чем что-то у них покупать... + ко всему, в личном кабинете перестали отображаться заказы.. теперь уведомления приходят только на почту... бред...

Really, really bad service. I waited 3 month for refund. Thy were completely ignoring my emails and requests. In first place they sold me something (purchased) that they did not had in stock ant then I could not get my money back. Never buy form this site.

Не верьте положительным отзывам. Они действительно очень плохо относятся к клиентам. Сделав заказ вы потратите кучу времени и нервов! Don't believe positive responses. They really very much treat badly clients. Having made the order you will spend a heap of time and nerves!

Saludos a todos. Mi experiencia con este sitio fue muy satisfactoria ya que el articulo que compre es de muy buena calidad y el tiempo de entrega fue razonable tomando en cuentas dos variables: la primera que el envío es GRATUITO y la segunda que el pedido lo realice en época navideña.
