Have you ever bought something online for $10 and then, if it was a total waste, you spent the next hour or two creating accounts on review websites just to leave a bad review? You haven't!? That's odd. There are HUNDREDS of overtly bad reviews here, and funny enough, they are literally copy/pasted onto every other review website, and sometimes on their major competitors? Huh... you don't think... LOL! Yep, these are 100% "Attack Reviews" from competitors. Remember a year ago when Devumi wasn't on the 1st Page Top Spot? That's where they were. They got taken out. Sorry, customers must be leaving their business and coming to Devumi - and STAYING. LOL! I have been a long time customer of Devumi, as I am in a similar vertical(SMM Space) and I would be nowhere without Devumi. I am just glad I found them when I did. However, I am here to defend them against these broken-english-paid-shills coming from the india/china-based businesses that are VERY UPSET that Devumi is now #1 in the industry. Sorry, this is the internet. Sometimes, companies come out with better products, better services, and better support - and if you can't keep up, then you cant compete. Do you guys really think people will actually believe all these horrible reviews? LOL - If you think this will get your lost customers to return, good luck! I'll be sticking with Devumi, until another company shows up with a superior product.

We took advantage of their services, and the fact that they wouldn't accept credit card payments and only PayPal should have been the red flag. But we persisted and after a WEEK of attempting to get a hold of someone, we bit the bullet and moved forward. I am still waiting to hear back from their "responsive" customer service on several issues. It took four days and a phone call for us to finally start getting the followers we had paid for - and while they advertise 100% "English" users but at least 30% are not. The other followers have ranged from 13 year old girls, to a guy whose profile was a d*ck pic. Nothing I would call "quality" that they advertise. Grateful that they at least have a 30-day money back guarantee as I have a feeling we'll be taking advantage of that - assuming that is even true as well.

NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM DEVUMI The most honest and correct word to describe their service is SHIT. They claim to provide "high-quality and active" accounts, "real likes" and anything like that. Complete LIE. I ordered Soundcloud likes and followers. What is bad about them? - Most of male accounts have girl on they avatars, and vice versa. - All the accounts have similarly looking avatars which is non-realistic as hell. - All the accounts are named like that - John, Linda, Stan and so on. ALMOST NOBODY has such names on Soundcloud. - All the likes are delivered within 1 hour - what a nonsense! This is unrealistic. - Prices are huge. You may look at their prices and think: "well, it's going to be a quality service". NO! It's shit. They are scammers. - They won't refund. And you can understand why. They know about the quality of the service they are offering. That's why they won't refund. Scam.

They advertise real plays, listeners and followers but they are all fake. This is really damaging to your growth as an artist. They also say they offer a 100% money back guarantee but when you ask for it they say no. I'm surprised they are still allowed to operate. They should be closed down for being con artists online.

BEWARE! Devumi is completely fake and not worth it for soundcloud. They claim that their plays are real, but what they really do is cajole you out of as much money as they can. They recommended me to get as many plays as I can and the results were absolutely not worth it. The plays to likes, and reposts ratio for the track is horrible now and my account barely got any followers. So the promotion clearly looks and is fake. The song didn't even show up in the soundclould charts when it was supposed to with the amount of plays it was supposedly getting. I emailed soundcloud and they told me, that their system can pick up fake plays and that's why my song didn't chart. Devumi refused to give me my money back as well, saying “they delivered the service”. Real shit at the end of the day is real shit and what stays. If your structure has fake walls, it will fall down.

As an experiment, I purchased 2,500 Twitter followers from Devumi and paid for the upgrade to have them promote my tweets with retweets. They claim all of their follower accounts are "active and high-quality" when they're really just spammy looking shells that only appear to retweet Devumi customers that pay for the service. Their retweets are instantaneous and offer no ripple effect because the accounts have almost no followers. It also brought NO increase in traffic to my website. If all you're interested in is looking like you have a higher follower count and are not concerned about anyone noticing they're all clearly bought and paid for, Devumi can help you with that. If you are actually hoping to buy real followers that will help you grow your account or brand, it's not going to happen. Aside from automated Devumi activity, buying their services has yielded nothing and I have no more activity on my account than before I made the investment.

They promise followers when you pay, you get the followers then they drop off after all is said and done. Devumi claims to replace followers lost within a year. But they don't they wait until you are feed up and either dispute it with your credit card company for a refund. There is no phone number to contact any one live only email address to contact. Don't bother using them unless you have money to loose!!!

Purchasing even just a thousand followers on Devumi is awful. It's like opening a bank account that you forEVER have to monitor because the bank is forever taking YOUR money, and you're FORever losing the followers you paid for. One day you have 1,000, the next 890, then 670. RIp off. Devumi customer service is fine, nice enough and responsive. But the followers you purchase drop off faster than school kids to responsibility for something bad that just happened. Devumi. Sucks. And isn't worth five cents.

LOT of misunderstanding regarding the types of services that Devumi (and many others!) offer. They're not giving you REAL views/followers/retweets/whatever, and none of them will claim that (at least not the respectable ones). The services they are providing have no monetization value whatsoever - their power lies in increasing your apparent popularity and becoming an industry influencer. With that said though, Devumi a.) Does not scam b.) does not spam your computer with malware, c.) will not lie to you about your followers. If you were expecting real, active followers for pennies a piece - shame on you, and shame on you for venting your frustration on a public forum while hiding behind a mask. This website is definitely not a scam, I use their services regularly and through their services my company has skyrocketed in sales and leads. Anyone up here saying otherwise may want to simply evaluation their personal performance. These services work and their customer support is above others, Andria's awesome!

BUYER BEWARE! They will not complete anything they offer. They will describe it as "technical issues" and will stop attempting to complete the terms. Customer Service is atrocious, apathetic, and conduct themselves the farthest thing from a real business. There are much better services that offer the same thing out there, trust me SKIP this one. AVOID!!
