Le site digsby.com est-il sûr ?

I find this a very useful program. Like any program that is designed for IM, email and/or social networks, there are precautions a person needs to take to stay safe. It offers a lot of stuff for free and you have the choice on what you can add to your computer.

As far as the website itself is concerned there are no problems at all, as far as the software, I'm sure it's a payed decision, however, do not fret, you only need to de-click to get rid of the problem, and beyond that, it will never be an issue again, as updated and so on, do not contain anything other than... you guessed it, program updated from Digsby.

This application is very good. Their developers are fairly interactive w/ the user community. They put out updates frequently to keep it running smoothly. Updates are done automatically, no need for going to website, downloading, and running new installer. Application updates itself with no user input required, very convenient. Many complain about the spyware/adware. Most of the apps you can decline to install during the installed (Don't be a zombie and keep clicking accept on everything). Also, once the application is installed, there is a "Research Module" which uses idle CPU cycles to contribute to a distributed computing project, which they included in order to generate funds. If you go to Tools->Preferences then the bottom choice on the left menu of "Research Module" you can disable this. The developers received some flack over this feature being snuck in and hidden, and they were apologetic and moved it to make it easier to find. Overall very good application.

DIGSBY GOT A NEW INSTALLER. After Community Comments Digsby did make a new installer just with a "digsby toolbar" (ask.com). Spy/Adware Free

As of Build 65 (9/16/09), the InstallIQ is no longer used. Its a great program. Digsby is an excellent all-in-one instant messenger. I currently use it and have no problems with it. Digsby is a very safe program. Great application.
