Le site drivereasy.com est-il sûr ?

This site's "guides" are like fleas: mildly annoying parasites that take a ride on everything else. They WILL show up with any tech support search you have, towards the top of the results. And the end "advice" of every "guide" they have is "buy our junkware". I don't understand why this site has such a high score here. As of this writing, it has a 4.5 star rating with 20 reviews (not counting this one)... but over half of those 20 reviews are two stars or less. That's completely impossible. And frankly, it gives me pause about whether WoT can ITSELF be trusted anymore; the only explanation I can think of for the high rating is that DriverEasy is paying WoT to artificially inflate their score just like they're paying Google to bump them to the top of the first page.

Bought a license key off their site hoping to fix some driver problems. Their software downloaded drivers, but installing them threw "Unknown Errors". They advertise with "If it does not fix your problem, we'll give you your money back. No questions asked". For over 3 weeks now I am asking for a refund on their website, Facebook page or support mail address and neither received an answer or the expected refund. Total scam and rip-off.

It's actually hard to believe that this software is legit, not its fault though, it's the rest of sotware's. Rest of drivers programs promise to find drivers for you but at the end make you pay for it. That's just dirty, tricky and low. Only scams do that. Now, my opinion about this software; it's GOOD. It does what it promises to do, only difference about paid product and free one is that free one is limited to 30 KB/s downloads while there's no limit for paid product and also doesn't have a shut down when downloads finish option, while paid one does.

This is actually not like the other 99% of driver sites. It is awesome! The installer is clean and this is the best software I have ever used for locating and downloading drivers. I have been using the free version and love it. I may upgrade to professional eventually. Try the software on a virtual machine if you don't believe me. It is clean and works very well.
