Le site easybib.com est-il sûr ?

Great tool, but im not sure if there's something malicious going on.. whenever I open easybib, my computer starts getting really hot and slow. Opening task manager, I see that easybib is maxing out my CPU usage and using a full GB of memory. I don't trust it until I can find out exactly what's going on with it. Also a TON of ads.

On multiple occasions when I launch the website, my antivirus blocks "protected data from leaving computer," stating the protected data is my credit and debit card information. I only give it two stars because I can't fully confirm if it's easybib that's triggering the antivirus, or some other website I visit while easybib is open. Otherwise (additionally, besides the ads) the website works well.

EasyBib is free if you allow ads. I did and it was. However, today I have had several 'ads' popup wanting me to install new flash player. Chrome updates Flash automatically. When I googled the popups they are considered scams and viruses. Example ***** was one. WOT has a red rating of do not trust on this file. I then had over 900 ads blocked in a five minute period. I like easy bib. I love it really, but adware is not something my computer needs.

Find in a library : al-Maghrib al-tÌ£ibbiÌ„. Maroc meÌ dical. ***** The link appears to be to WorldCat, a highly reputable organization with a reputable website. Instead, the link is to EasyBib a company that, while possibly providing a sometimes useful service, seems to engage in trickery to drive readers to their website. The green WOT rating associated with the link above, however, is for the WorldCat site NOT the EasyBib site. The EasyBib website has ads for questionable services and uses popups, pop-unders, and other browser exploits.

Maroc meÌ dical. ***** It appears that the link will go to WorldCat but it does not. The link is to easybib.com. WorldCat is a very reputable organization and website. EasyBib captures my browser and will not release it unless I use the browser history or close the window. It also places ads for questionable sites on my desktop in additional windows. While EasyBib may or may not be a useful tool, their advertising method is definitely not proper.
