If you're thinking about opening a shop on Etsy, don't even bother!
I tried setting one up, and it was instantly and permanently shut down by Etsy without so much as a hint of explanation. There weren’t even any listings on the store—literally, all I did was create a profile picture. I appealed the closure, and guess what? Denied. No reason, no transparency, nothing. Now I can't sell or buy anything on my account, and if I try to set up a new one, that'll be blocked too. And to top it all off? Their denial of the appeal is permanent—no second chances, no reconsideration. Ridiculous.
