Facebook has made allot of changes to its privacy arrangements so you need to go through all of the privacy settings (there was several pages last time I checked) and even then it is not a private thing with friends. Make sure that you don't write anything you don't want future/current employers/ees to see.
A very interesting platform to connect with your friends, but the not-so-techy users will find the privacy settings, access controls a bit frustrating .
Too much ambigutiy in the privacy setup; also, random people appear to be able to add you as friends, or at least request, without ever having apparently exposed ANY details to find me via.
Privacy policy updates often change personal privacy settings to public. Privacy settings are difficult to understand. Site repeatedly has opened user information to public despite stated policy not to or user's own request to prevent such action.
Cookie tracks users across internet even when not logged in to the site.
Entertaining, fun, and useful. However - user beware: assume there is no privacy, and assume FB will use your information, pictures, postings, etc. in their commercial interest.
Good website and clean as well. But too many negative comments for no apparent reasons at all. Please submit your thoughts to facebook.com staff and not over here as this is a totally different issue all together.
