The ads are a nuisance and facebook collects too much data on users. Money grubbing and not fun anymore. I don't trust the site and much prefer the new Kid on the block (Zurker.com). They don't collect data and run ads like Facebook does.

Facebook is nothing more than an information gathering site, probably run by the CIA or NSA. It mines personal data and sells it to the highest bidder. It exploits children with NLP gaming schemes. It is plastered with so many ads that one can't tell what is content and what is an ad. A site to stay away from.

Facebook sells your info, makes decisions that are good for the Company but not necessarily the User, and has too many "games" that will plague you if you don't use but your friends do.
They persist with "owning" photos that you upload to share. They also have a convoluted exit route for defectors...all in the name of exploiting users to grab the Almighty Dollar.

My scathing rating on facebook not suitable for children is based on my belief that they are not old enough to understand the long-term consequences of publishing things to the internet, etc. )

C’est l’un de mes réseaux sociaux préférés. Il m’a permis de reprendre contact avec des amis que j’avais perdus de vue depuis très longtemps et ça, c’est génial ! Cependant, je trouve qu’il change un peu trop souvent et j’avoue que par moment, j’ai du mal à m’y retrouver.

Mark Zuckerberg, emblématique CEO de Facebook, a lui-même déclaré n'en avoir rien à faire du principe de respect de la vie privée de ses utilisateurs.
