Le site filecure.com est-il sûr ?

I don't see any way to read about this site. Who is the manager of this site, etc...? At the bottom there is no "about" link, (although there is a privacy policy). I'd love to use it, but am afraid of potential malware. (a side note: it would be great if WOT could not only show us others' comments, but also exactly how many others rated a side and how they rated. Thanks!)

One of the computers in our company had this installed on it by an employee. It infected that computer and disabled the internet connection on it. It also caused a lot of problems on the computer. Then it attacked our server. This is a very harmful program. DO NOT DOWNLOAD FILECURE!!!!

Why is it that so many sites have unsatisfactory or worse ratings but nothing to explain why they were rated that way. It leads me to believe that there is some sabotage going on from competitors and the lack of a comment stops u from seeing who left the rating and therefore their reliability cannot be confirmed or denied. Pretty shabby tactics but that is the nature of the beast. There should be either a mandatory comment required for all ratings and if there is no comment left it should at least show who left what rating so that it can cut down on the sabotage or false boosting of ratings. At least then it would require a user to create a new account each time they burned one out giving false ratings. Also it would be beneficial to have a part of WOT that has a list of sites that only have one or two ratings that need rating then in spare time we could check them out and give ratings to enhance the reliability of the ratings given to sites that are either just emerging or have little or no feedback and ratings.
