I've been ordering from FMG for over 10 years. They offer competitive prices, but only if you buy in bulk. The quality of their stones are sub-par, & their sterling & gold-filled wire is grossly over-priced. The best way to maximize your savings is to buy multiple items of objects that are quality-made, such as tools and items such are Swarovski crystals, Czech glass, & similar. Their video tutorials are helpful, & their customer service is always available to help you locate an item if you can't find it. They fill their orders in a timely fashion, & delivery is prompt. But if you want quality stones & affordable sterling or gold-filled wire, you need to look elsewhere.

This company inspires customer loyalty--even affection: Prompt service, ease of contact, pleasant response to inquiries of all sorts, fast shipping, good prices, and a number of other things. At no cost to me, a couple of times they replaced an item I felt had a defect (once, even when I turned out to be wrong about the defect!)
