Le site flowersdirect.co.uk est-il sûr ?

Ordered flowers for delivery. Did not arrive on expected date. No message from them. I waited 2 days still no gift/message. Their telephone number is premium rate (well, 'business' rate) so emailed them. Took 5 days to reply me, only to tell me the wine bottle broke on delivery - did I want a refund or the gift re-sent?!??!

I had order a flowers from them, in 2010 in Feb., for my mum's birthday,They delivered flowers in time, But thing was they haven't made bouque that i order, the price was same, only tottaly different flowers not even close to foto they got, so i send them foto's what i have been delivered i complaind, and i want my money back or reduce price, so in 46 they reduce only 10£, it's was very dissipointing,its was special occacion. It's upset me that i haven't got right flowers, to represent what it should be and be unique. I would trust them again. I would never order here again, I'm would not recomend them at all, because all orders make local florist and they ll make what they have at that time, so don't push your luck, if it's speacial occasions coming.

Ordered flowers from this company for next day delivery. After there had been no delivery three days on the trot I started chasing them up. (What if it was for an anniversary or something??). I looked up reviews of the website and found that I was not the only one experiencing bad service. When I rang them an unhelpful man lied about their office closing hours and told me to ring back at 6 when they closed at 5.30! He also said that the weather was creating a huge backlog but they made no attempt to inform customers of this and in fact are advertising that the weather is not affecting them in 90% of cases. It's a good job these flowers were a random surprise and not for anything important like a funeral.
