The site is safe to visit and explore. There are many articles dealing with current foreign political coverages and issues. The landing site has at least 4 ads, which can be a bit distracting especially if the horizontal ad or ads that loaded occupy a sizable height and width.

A journalist site with the nagging reminder to register to read most of their articles. The real problem It is that nagging pop-up that locks up your browser from closing the tab or the window itself (this happens in Firefox), forcing you to shut the browser down through Task Manager.
