FortaTrust doesn't honor cancellations, many customers has reported that they keep charging credit cards even after cancellation. Don't trust their services and never give your credit card details to them. Do some googling and you fill find many victims of their scam.

This company borders on a scam operation. They don't mention that the price is a "promotional offer" during the ordering process, except on an advertising page *before* the ordering process and even there it's grey text on a white background below the fold. They then switch to quarterly charging and more than double the price after the first month. Cancellations require 31 days notice and they do not issue any refunds, plus they do not cancel accounts with outstanding balances - that is on top of them requiring a phone call to cancel to a number that is almost never answered. In summary, you are stuck with them for at least four months for a price that is considerably more than advertised during the ordering process. And that is if they honour your request to cancel and don't just hang up on you.

Fortatrust have very poor communication to there web hosting clients especially when they have a technical problem, you may not here from them for over eight hours, which is a long time if you are running an eCommerce website. The more troubling issues arise with their accounts department. I was incorrectly billed over 6 months ago, they have admitted it was their fault and that they would refund the money, but 6 months later plus 38 support requests and the money has never been returned.
