Lots of things wrong here - their own privacy policy states that they do not use cookies, yet they use PHP Sessions, Google Analytics, and ***** tools. They have failed to upgrade their WordPress blog, posing a potential security risk. The generated privacy policy does not reflect changes in standards and practices since 2008.
Once you sign up for their free privacy policy, you start getting a lot of emails from them - and opt-out has so far failed. No way to close or change your personal data used to register.
Finally, their so-called "Business Verified" address (which is an image) does not match their whois data:

No way to "close" your account or remove/change your personal information. It states right in their privacy policy that they may send you periodic E-Mail promotions (aka Spam). They do not check age anywhere in their sign-up process to ensure they are not collecting a minor's information. They have a massive amount of advertisements that you have to sift through in order to complete your "free" privacy policy. On a personal note, I also wasn't impressed by the privacy policy that was generated for me either. I sent them a formal complaint, as well as demanded my personal information be removed from their systems.

I've used this site before and didn't see any problems. I don't know why it is tagged yellow, but I sure have not experience anything bad of it.

So everyone know you don't get anything for free, of course they will email you stuff, but the paid version is still really cost effective. Not only that, but you get like infinite privacy policies, all for the cost of lunch, I say it's about time.

If you fill in the form for a free privacy policy, this site will automatically subscribe you to a mailing list. There is no 'email me' checkbox that can be unticked at the form submission stage.
***** will send you 1-2 emails per day until you unsubscribe. Technically this is NOT spam, because you give your permission when you hit 'submit' and agree to their terms of service. Also it is possible to unsubscribe. But it IS annoying.
