The official website for FutureShop, a major electronics retail store in Canada. FutureShop is definitely one of my favorite stores to visit when shopping. Their service is good and prices are good too.

I've never had a bad experience with Futureshop. They often have some kind of interesting sale going on on certain products (it's how I actually got a 50" LG TV for $500, which was half priced!) and shipping is more than usually fast.
I think that most of their products they sell are usually well priced for what they are. Today I ordered two quite powerful PC laptops for about $1600 with the taxes on top.
Customer service and tech support also has not failed me yet.
Futureshop sells refurbished items and brand new items and lots of them. Say for example, if there's a computer you want but there is no more in stock, chances are good that they're going to have something similar for you.

I will never shop with future shop again. They have stolen software from my mother and has always given me poor service. I would rather pay a few dollars more and get the customer service that we all pay for. for a whole review of what they did visit my blog *****

Great store to purchase items needed in your home. I have purchased items from Future shop and have been extremely pleased with the purchases, service.

Their online inventory checker is not always reliable, and I have been subject to two experiences where a product that was marked as in stock was actually a mistake in their inventory tracking system.

Major electronics retailer. They make good on their policy to undercut competing stores' prices, even if that competing store is owned by the same parent company.
