Le site gearbest.com est-il sûr ?

Gearbest was one of the best Chinese shops few years ago for my opinion. That's why I have started promoting them on my Blog through their Associate Program. However, last year I have mostly stopped promoting them, because I have found less and less interesting products in their store. In October I have filled the form for Payment, they own me a bit more than $300, which I should get at least till December. And I still dind't get it! They don't reply on emails, or I get message that my request was forwarded to Financial team (and thats all). Also I have found (on their Affiliate FB site) that many users have the same problem. So I can say that their Affiliate Program is SCAM, because they don't pay their partners. And thought all the comments here I believe that this store will shut down sooner or later.

Die wollen nur eins: Verkaufen auf Gedeih und Verderb. Außerdem: Achtung! Gearbest manipuliert die eigenen Kundenbewertungen. Das sieht man an den identischen schriftl. Bewertungen und ebenso an den Benutzerprofilen. Die deutsche Übersetzung der Seite ist abgesehen davon gefühlt mit Google Übersetzer erstellt worden und deutschsprachiger Kundensupport ist nicht vorhanden! (Falls diese Bewertung und Kommentare doppelt vorkommen sollte, wundert euch bitte nicht, denn an diesem ursprünglich angedachten Weihnachtsgeschenk waren mehrere Parteien beteiligt) >>> English version Very disappointing and not trustworthy. I ordered a vacuum cleaner robot on the platform Gearbest and asked the seller Niubility Store how long the right to return is valid. His answer: 30 days. Despite this documentary proof the seller didn’t want to take back his product. In the beginning I offered Niubility Store that I would buy the newer model of the vacuum cleaner in exchange of the one which I want to return. Neither this nor the threat to sue helped me out here. Not to mention of the pathetic platform support of Gearbest which only answered with automatic replies after my escalation. They did not even try to solve my problem. Even after I showed them my documentary proof and referred to it multiple times, I just received automatic replies. Legal actions follow and I only advise against ordering from Gearbest or Niubility Store because whenever you want to use your return right you will get problems! They just want one thing: Selling for better or worse. Further: Attention! Gearbest manipulates its own internet reputation by creating fake customer evaluations. This you can see by finding duplicated comments as well as the general setup of their users. Beside that the German translation of Gearbest platform was made up with google translator as it seems and there is no customer support in German so far! (If this evaluation and comment happen to appear multiple times please don’t wonder because this initially planned Christmas gift involved multiple people)

So far my experience is only positive. The headphones I bought from Gearbest are the only budget headphones that actually work well and hold charge. I bought several different cheap sets from Am@zon and had to return them as all of them had noise and buzzing when no music is playing. Not the GB set, they work great and I already bought about 7 pairs as I always end up gifting them to someone in the family. Customer support works fast and never left me unhappy. The shipping times are the same as everywhere else, takes a while, but I know that and don;t buy stuff in a hurry, but cheaply and of good quality!

NEVER BUY IT IN THIES THIS STORE! At first they could not send my order for 3 months! after which they sent a non-working item that I cannot use! and now make me return the goods back! I spent 4 months on it! NEVER DO NOT BUY in the shop of thieves gearbest IN THIS SHOP

2 марта заказал два товара, через 40 дней написали, что в настоящее время его нет.Вернули 5 с копейками, за один товар. За второй товар,(7 евро;) не вернули. Писал на почту, не отвечают. Вдруг пришло письмо, извиняются, мол все исправим, скоро будет товар. Дальше опять тишина.Связался по чату, там мне долго дурили голову, (проверяли,) Сообщили, что за один товар, мне мол вернули деньги. За второй начали уговаривать ,мол согласись, чтоб эту сумму, перевели на кошелек сайта. Мол смогу купить что либо другое. И опять тишина! На кошелек не перевели, на почту не отвечают. Товара тоже нет. Как можно еще оценить Такой сайт? Воры! Мошенники, а в "эти" "хваленные "отзывы я не верю! Может кому и повезло с ними,но мое мнение,от этого не изменится! Жаль с хозяином не связаться. Хотелось бы сказать ему лично пару" Ласковых" непечатных слов! Да и денег жалко , я их не ворую,как на этом сайте, а в проте лица зарабатываю!!!

My name is Panos and i want to share with you my experience with the GEARBEST store.First of all you can find in this store almost anything you like ,have a huge catalog of products.I buy from this store enough year now without a problem and when i have problem with my products the customer service is there to solve my problem.The Payment is very easy and with a lot of option.

Gearbest has been my place for buying great gadgets and tech stuff for a long time. The shopper experience there is awesome. Sometimes there can be a delay but they make up for it if you contact them. 95 percent of the time everything is great the wares you bought come at estimated times and if you ask their support where is my stuff they are very eager to reassure and comfort you and provide every information you ask. There is also an awesome VIP section for buyers that can give you additional savings and rewards. I have nothing bad to say about them and they will continue to be my top place to buy gadgets and tech stuff.

I have done a couple of purchases on this website and everyone have been completed with totally sucess, also every package arrived well with no damages and in the time accorded with the initial delivery days accorded. And I always received exactly what I was hoping for.
