This site promotes the junk science claim that there is a causal relationship between thimerosal-containing vaccines and autism. As Taylor, Swerdfeger and Eslick (2014) authoritatively note in their excellent meta-analysis involving almost 1.3 million children, "... vaccinations are not associated with the development of autism or autism spectrum disorder."

I don't have to visit this site to know that it doesn't stand up to scientific scrutiny

Dangerously misguided site. Do not trust this site for information on autism; it is full of misinformation and outright lies.
2
This site is offering shocking medical advice from people who are unlicensed and unqualified to do so. It is reprehensible, unethical, misleading and potentially illegal. Stay far away from this kind of nonsense.
2
Playboy models and disgraced ex-doctors are NOT experts in autism. Real scientists are working on it. Don't be fooled by the charlatans such as those on this site.
5
This site is appalling - it claims to offer information and support for parents of children with autism, but instead misleads people about both the nature and causes of autism. As a result Generation Rescue promotes discrimination against people with autism. It's an appalling anti-science, anti-medicine, anti-vaccine website. A real danger to public health and safety - avoid this site if you value your health and your children's health. If you don't give a damn about either, slither into the seething cesspool of lies & misinformation that is Generation Rescue. The "treatments" it suggests for autism are not just not scientifically based: they are actively dangerous. Children have died because of them. Avoid this website like the plague.

While this isn't a spam website, it both makes misleading and outright false claims about effects of vaccination, and promotes "woo-woo" alternative & controversial medicine such as, but not limited to, enzyme-rich food & infra-red saunas. See this reddit thread for more information: *****

Anti-vaccine activism is some of the most morally reprehensible, dangerous misinformation I've ever set my eyes upon. If you're seriously thinking of not vaccinating your child because of Jenny McCarthy's nonsensical fear mongering, I plead you not to.
7
Lies, lies, lies... vaccines are safe.
5
Here we see the dangerous and misguided beliefs of the desperate who choose to ignore scientific results in favour of a Playboy model's misinformed ramblings which are a hazard to children.

Commenters have expressed disbelief that this site is misleading. Right from their treatments to explore page: 1) Following a gluten free diet. 2) helping the gut heal 3) increase nutrient levels 4) remove metal and toxins and so on. These recommendations aren't helpful, because there is no evidence they have any effect on autism. The only people who should be following a gluten free diet are people with celiac disease or other similar conditions. It's worthless for everyone else. The real biggy is Chelation (a process for removing heavy metals). There's no evidence that autism is caused or triggered by heavy metals, so it is very dangerous and irresponsible to suggest it as a treatment for autism. It's like subjecting your child to chemo-therapy if they don't have cancer. Save your money for a charity that actually helps children with autism.

Scary scary site. Since when do models and actresses give medical advice? When did Jenny get her med degree?

As The Twisted Thistle advocates below, please do visit the CDC to learn about vaccine ingredients, but don't stop there. How about asking the reasonable question "what purpose do these ingredients serve?" You could just jump to the conclusion that they're all part of a nefarious plot to poison kids, or you could set your paranoid delusions aside and learn a little science. Check out ***** for an explanation of some of the scarier sounding vaccine ingredients and why they're not to be feared.

I cannot see how people say this site has lies or don't care about the lives of children or that they are anti vaccine. It is none of those things. Please see for yourself. They give people enough information to make up their own minds about vaccines. There are many people who want to believe that there are quacky doctors behind this. There are valid studies on this site that everyone should read.
3
Looks like this site is becoming a reputation management tool for vaccine makers. Full of shills and people who are close-minded and haven't done their research. Please see the mounting evidence here: ***** and read this article for a safer vaccine schedule before sticking stuff that is untested in your children: *****

Great site for people who want to compromise the lives of their children.

The CDC website has full disclosure of the ingredients used in vaccinations. I invite you to see for yourself what the CDC states is in the vaccines, and then I ask that your look up every single ingredient and the effects of those ingredients. Then one can make an informed opinion, instead of blindly following what a doctor says, find out what you can. The only thing that I have found the Generation Rescue website to suggest is that you should make an informed opinion. Your options in life are yours to make, informed opinions are always better than blind ones. *****

This site has helped my daughter with autism in SO many ways. There is vaccine research, Medical DR's info in my state and so much more. My daughter was helped by this approach when most DR's has no clue how to help. please be an informed consumer. There's even a "safer" vaccine schedule for parents who still want to vaccinate more safely.

No where do any of these people say not to vaccinate your kids, and anyone who says that hasn't explored the website and hasn't read the books. This is to help children recover from the damage already done. You don't have to be a doctor to know that it is not good to put (even small amounts) of harsh metals in your veins. It is even worse to put them in your babies. This isn't about not vaccinating your children. This is about helping them after they are poisoned from it and fixing the their health difficulties from it. It is about fighting for GREEN vaccines. Not getting rid of them, but to make them better.
8
Science-deniers. Ignore the fact that there's no evidence to support that vaccines cause autism (in fact, there's plenty of evidence that vaccines are NOT the cause of autism), threaten those who oppose them and risk society's health with their risky practices of not vaccinating their children. It only takes one of their kids to infect a bunch of toddlers and infants who are too young to be vaccinated. Medicine has worked TOO hard for the likes of polio and diphtheria to return.
