First, what good can come out of rating this site when this company obviously had it's employees create fake profiles and positive ratings? This smacks of the tactics of another remote tech support site (can you say iyogi?). I personally have no experience with this company, but am concerned over the reports of the use of scare tactics to sell service plans.

Most of which can be fixed/prevented for "Free" just by "searching the problem"! I've used this company for 3 years now, and i have never had an issue. I will be renewing my service with them the first of the year. I have found the representatives very patient and understanding. I am alarmed at all the negative feedback i have read, that it warranted me to create this account just to post my feedback.
