They reply to emails immediately and are thorough in their answers. My order was shipped the same day, and I plan to continue to buy from them. ***** UPDATE --- LOVED the excellent quality of the product I ordered in March, of this year. So, I placed another order on Monday morning. It is Tues. morning and I just got an email notice, that the order has already been processed and shipped. You really can't expect any better turn around than that!! I am totally confused by the negative ratings for this company. "Me thinks something is rotten in Denmark."

These people sell good products that work, and while WOT is a useful tool, I'm sure many people use it in exactly the opposite way it was intended.
