These guys (Hetzner) keep sending islamic extremist propaganda. Even though i have sent them at least 30 request to stop - all you get in an automated email that they will 'contact the customer'. I`m seriously creeped out by them - and am considering reporting them to German authorities for 'possible IS supporting activities'. It`s been quiet for a while - but since February 2016 they are again sending lots of arabic script spam , now 'decorated' with pictures of airplanes.. help! End of March - even though their abuse department promised to take steps - the terrorist threats continue. Anyone who believes this is a "good site" or "good company" should perhaps consider that marketing speak only works if you can prove you are good, and not IS / ISIS / ISIL / Daesh supporters. The domain leads nowhere during a search, and ENOM is the registrar (go figure). Per HPHosts, the IP ***** in no way resembles the header, and traces to the Eonix Corporation, which has been previously rated. It appears that this spammer knows how to spoof.

WORST HOSTER EVER. Good for hackers and scammers. There is no one in the office on friday afternoon until monday morning. There is no real IT staff that handles problems. An attack from Hetzner machines on one of my servers lasted 4(!) days withouth Hetzner taking any action. Sometimes I feel their CEO, Mr.Müller, takes money from scammers&hackers because it is unexplainable that compromised machines stay online for days and sometimes even weeks. oh, also: their customer service is pretty dumb.

They deliver false informations on other websites, they also never delete obsolete informations. They never answer when they are sollicited by mail. Their website has no physical contact address, while they are all the time looking to the other websites with no permission, making so many connections that it can be seen as spamming (The logs of my website shows constant periodic tries of connection that makes my server out of breath). The website has many servers throughout the world and acts as if they have a spy motivation. I suspect that the good opinions in WOT to have been completely forged. (see the number of bad opinions and compare it with the almost 5/5 note : THAT IS VERY SUSPICIOUS)
